Step 1: Login to Your Ziqro Account

First, go to the Ziqro Login Page and enter your credentials to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Email Section

Once logged in, you will land on your dashboard. From the sidebar menu, select the Email Section to manage your domain mail accounts.

Step 3: Click on the Key Icon

In the Email Section, you will see a list of your domain email accounts. Locate the email ID for which you want to change/reset the password. Then, click on the key icon next to it.

Step 4: Password Change Popup

After clicking the key icon, a Password Change Popup Box will appear on your screen.

Step 5: Enter Your New Password

In the popup, type in your new secure password. Make sure your password is strong (a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters). Finally, click on the Change Password button to save your new password.
